  How hard is it for a clerk to understand me and my order placing and relay that to the other staff member making my sandwich? Pretty hard in this case. I just wanted easy lettuce and whole wheat bread and easy mayo and none of that happened for me. It was too late as was back out on road when I went to eat that sandwich. It is just frustrating and even more so is when you let head office know and they do not care to respond back!

  Had to order twice... there was missed items... and then got 10 minutes down the road before realizing there was no turkey on the turkey sandwich... Check your order thoroughly.

  There is no way the staff here gets paid enough.
  
  Was stuck in Revelstoke one after highway 1 washed out, and there was a constant line of at least 6-7 people all night, but the staff was absolutely motoring. Great service.

  A very, very busy Tims, but the staff usually get you through the lines pretty quickly. Parking lot is shared with a large Shell gas station that almost always has big RVs and trucks with trailers lined up to refill. Keep your eyes open driving through the parking lot - lots of people, lots of vehicle backing up.
